Procrastination much?
Man is it already February? obviously I have been procrastinating in a major way. Because of that my first blog will be a combination of New Years and Snow day. I am sure everyone has seen their fill of both so I will try to make it short and sweet. BUT as you know I don't really do short and sweet so it probably won't be. I will let the pictures speak for themselves. If you want more info go to Jenna's blog because we were together for both and she has already blogged about both.

See how focused she is?
Dave is on the curb. I just wanted to see what it was like to have someone that tall.
I will spare you but there is a bout a million of these.
We laughed that Liz and Dave look like the couple in this one.
Love them. Matthew played an awesome show, right through New Year. and I mean literally didn't even stop to count down.
I will also spare you from the millions of these we took.
Only picture of Karis I have. That is why you don't try to get out of the picture.
Right as Matthew is playing through.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!!! sorry its so late:)
and then it snowed forever.

All warm and cozy.

No longer warm or cozy.

Not happy, but very cute.
Very nice to be so close to the fam during times like this.

Visitors
The nice thing about Christmas is that it usually brings people home. No, I am not talking about Santa although one of them was our Santa growing up. There were five different people that we got to see over the Christmas season. Grandaddy Homer and Ann, Aunt Ruth, Cole, and Tammy. Each visit was super fun and special in its own way.
It was really fun to get to see my friend Tammy. She lives in SC and we don't see each other that often, but we talk everyday at least if not more. I got to go with her and help her register for her baby boy that is due in April. Whenever we see each other its like no time has passed. I love friends like that. We talked a LOT and laughed a LOT. Very fun. unfortunately I have no photos to prove it.
Next was Aunt Ruth. Aunt Ruth usually come and spends Christmas with us which is fabulous a few of the reasons being she give great gifts :), She is super funny, She likes to hold my baby even though he is super wiggly, and she adds one more person to play mafia. Because the holidays are crazy I never get to see her as much as I would like but what time we do spend together is always super fun. My favorite thing to do with her is shop. She is the shopping queen. she can spot deals like no other. It was also Auntie Ruth's birthday this month. Happy Birthday Aunt Ruth! I hope it was as fabulous as you are! Unfortunately I didn't really get a picture of her because she leans out of of the way of the camera. I only got a back shot, BUT notice her very cute sweater. Another reason I love her. She is very stylish. I think she gets it form me.
That is sad. Watch out Aunt Ruth next time I will get a photo of you!
As you probably guessed G-dad Homer was our Santa growing up. It is always fun to see him, because he reminds me so much of my dad (SHOCKING), and he is really funny! Just to prove it as you know my favorite thing to do is to take funny pictures and he totally did it with me. He rocks!

Surprised!
sad:(

Excited
Not sure
Granddad Homer and Ann
We also celebrated Tyler's 18th birthday! Craziness. The last but definitely not least person was Cole. This was super special because we have not seen him in a whole year! It makes me sad to think that it might be that long again! We spent pretty much the whole time hanging out at mom's or Jenna's playing games, talkng, laughing, wrestling, eating and just being silly. I love me some Cole.
Of course I forced him to make faces too.
Surprised. G-dads was better.
Not sure
This is my new face. it is the Judah face.
Cole and Grahm being silly.
We always make him stand next to someone short just for fun.The munchkin we picked this time was Liz.
Then Karis wanted to do it.
Then we wanted to get a picture of us holding him.
It took several tries.
But we finally got it. Poor Cole.
Not sure what kind of face he is making, but it is a good photo of me:)Sad that they are all gone, but it was really good to see everyone!

Haircut and Santa
Judah got to experience two new things this December (well these are the two I am going to tell you about). He got to meet Santa (which is kinda funny because we are not doing Santa, I know don't hate me, but I had to have a picture!), and he got a haircut! Santa went really well. He just stared at him. He doesn't seem to care who is holding him (not sure if that is good or bad). He has never cried when meeting anyone new, so this didn't faze him. He was just really fascinated with his beard.

The haircut was a whole different story. He did not like it one bit. I had a feeling he didn't feel good, but I didn't realize the extent until I check his temperature later and it was 104.5. Poor kid. He should probably get used to it though, because evidently I am clueless (No comments, Jenna). So he pretty much cried and wiggled the whole time which caused them to cut more than I wanted, but whatever. He is still cute. I only cried once the next day and there was only like two tears.
