Birthday Girl.

This is my last and final birthday tribute. I have done it for a year and honestly it stresses me out because I know I have forgotten people and it is really hard to write down how you feel adequately. I have saved the best for last my sweet Aunt Ruth.

Dear Auntie Ruth
You are kind, giving, and loving.
You have awesome taste and
you are the best shopper I have ever met.
You love to pour out your wonderful
shopping treasures all over your family
which is a great bonus.
You are uber talented as an artist,
photographer,
and gift wrapper.
I have never seen gifts so fine
or my name written so pretty.
You are the best blog and facebook commenter.
You are very witty and hilarious.
(you get that from me:)
You have a great fashion sense.
You are thoughtful,
You always remember every
birthday and holiday,
and you always have such kind words.
You are a beautiful woman of faith.
You are like my second mother!
Thank you for always loving me
and my family so well!
Happy Birthday!
I love you lots and
hope you have a fabulous day!!!

Can't believe just a little while ago we were doing this...

And now we have this...

We do LOVE you, Walker Alan!
There will be lots more pics to come of this new little family member.

O' Christmas Tree

As usual I am not caught up on anything in my life and have been totally neglecting this blog (New Years resolution? Prob not). I am so behind that I am going to post about when we went and cut down our Christmas tree. The one that we already took down (by took down I mean Dave sawed it to pieces in my living room) and either burned or put on side of road for garbage man. So yes I am very late, but it is my blog and I get to be late. It was a fun tradition and I would highly recommend it. They had a tractor, smores, cows, goats, firepit, everything a 2 year old boy and 34 years old man would need.

Man, he definitely looks more like a babe with the long hair.

Never leaves home without his bus:)

Judah had to mimic Dave and put his foot on stump.
I think I have two dorks on my hands.

We finally found it. It was hard to decide they were all so big and pretty.
I think we found the "one" several times.

Judah had his hand resting on Dave the whole time.
I think he probably thought he had lost his mind sawing a
tree down in the middle of the field.
He has probably thought that a lot with parents like us:)

He was worn out.
They told us it would look a lot bigger once inside the house,
and they were not kidding. Thankfully we have tall ceilings
and I thought it looked pretty.

We decorated without Judah for sanity purposes, but the next day I said
"Want to see something cool?" and took him in living room. When he walked
in he said "Cool." Then being the OCD child he is wanted to turn it off.
He is so green:)

Maybe one day I will get around to blogging about Christmas and New Years!
