Happy Birfday!!!

Unfortunately I am still bad about always taking my camera, but I did get some of the birthdays this year. 3 out of like 30 isn't too bad:-)

First was my beautiful sister Jenna. Her birthday was very special this year. She turned 30!!! She is someone to be admired and I do very much! I have yet to find something she is not talented in. She is artistic, musical, funny, smart, a fantastic cook, an amazing mom, daughter, aunt, a superb sister and a fabulous friend.

Because it was a special birthday for a special person we had to have an all weekend event with not one, but two parties.

It wouldn't be Jenna's birthday without driving around in the country, listening to country music, and of course horseback riding. The horse back riding was definitely an adventure, but some of us had more fun than others. It was rainy and hilly which made it very slippery. I had a small voice in front of me saying "oh god, oh god, oh god". Poor Liz prayed literally the whole time. But she was a real trooper and stuck it out even thought she wasn't having that much fun. She is a true friend. I will admit I prayed a lot of the time too, mine were just silent!

We had to have two cakes to fit all those darn candles!

We stayed at a cabin for the first part of the weekend. This was our special friend that kept popping up.

To end the weekend we had a surprise party on my mother's beautiful porch which involved food, fun, fellowship and of course tissue balls:-)

Amy and Micah flew in just for Jenna's birthday.

This is one of the guest that was not invited but showed up anyway.

The next birthday was this precious princess. Sweet Eryn turned two! She has become quite the little mom to Judah. She is constantly telling him everything she knows and correcting him at every turn even though he barely pays her any attention!

One of Eryn's favorite things are buckles so I made her doll that buckles on it. Jenna named it dot. I think it entertained her for a few minutes.

I don't think she was sure what to think of it.

These were here cute shoes that either my mom or Keighley got her.

Our little princess on her special day.

Next came Liz's birthday. This is the only photo I had, but we had a great day of strawberry picking and swimming. Liz is yet another person who I admire very much. She is talented in many ways and wise beyond her years. She is who I go to when I need a listening ear or advice for anything. I love her very much. She is the best BFF anyone could ask for.

Last but not least was our little sunshine Bella. Karis had a fourth of July party for her and it was fabulous. She out did herself in every area. The food and decoration were AMazing!

It's not a party until there is dancing!

All the adorable decorations.

Sweet sisters

The fam left at mom and dads.

All the family minus Micah, Tyler, and Cole.
We had loads of fun and thanks again to Karis for all she did!

Babies, babies, and more babies

Over the past year there have been lots of new babies arriving. Of course I will be posting tons of pictures of the actual babies soon enough, but I will start with the baby showers. Ones that I either hosted or helped with. Specifically 2. I will let you guess who they were for.
Got any idea? I will give you a hint...If you still can't guess then there is no hope for you!

It was very convenient that Keighley's colors were red and black, so that the shower matched perfectly to my mom's beautiful house. Above are the cute little favors Jenna made.

So cute!

All of the delicious food made by Jenna and mom.

The cute expecting couple. They had no idea what they were in for. Well Adam does look like he may have some idea.

Some of the very cute and stylish guest. Take note: yes, my whole family did dress to match the shower (which we didn't talk about before) and some of the guest aka Liz.

Sweet family. Lots of sisters!

More family.

Ok. Since this is my blog I had to put a photo of my cute baby. Yes, I did make him match too. Ignore my fat after baby chin.

Here is the next one that Liz and I hosted. We did it at my home, so we added a little teal in the decorations so that it would match my house. I think it turned out very cute! It was for non other than... Drum roll please
Brenna!!!

As you can see we (specifically me) LOVE tissue balls. They are affordable, easy, and cute. Perfect for parties. Personally they make me want to squeal ever time I see one.

All of the super yummy food. Very essential for a good shower.

This is the watermelon baby that I made all by myself and was very proud of.

More cute decorations.

Beautiful cake and cupcakes courtesy of Liz.

The flowers were of course Jenna. To see her amazing work go to http://ederynfloral.blogspot.com/

Some of her loot. She got tons of cute clothes, some practical baby things, but all of it was VERY girlie!

At photo taking time most of Liz's fam had already left, but here is one of her beautiful sister's Shelly.

All the beautiful ladies from my fam.

All of Brenna's beautiful family.

Last but not least the three amigos.

Both showers went very well, and as most of you know they both had their beautiful babies. Garrison Young is 6 months! Ashlyn Rylan Ann is 2 weeks. They are both sweet as sugar and there will be many pictures to follow!

LOST!!!

Our LOST party. We had a lot of fun dressing up, eating, and watching the final show. There were definitely some tears! Liz (AKA Kate) did a great job on everything!

Kate and Jack.

Kate finishing up the cooking.

My family was very sweet and dressed up just like I wanted. Well Judah really had no choice, but Davey drew the line at me putting eyeliner on Judah.

Poor kid. Maybe he will forgive me one day!

Jack and Charlie doing a deal.

Yummy food!!!

In the words of Eryn "Oh my Gosh" how stinkin cute are these???

There are no words. Liz is crazy talented!

The Plourde family AKA Extra #3, Russeau, Big Jacob, and Little Jacob.

Cheese!

More cheese!

Overall we had a fabulous time. Sad it is over and still very confused, but we had a lot of goods times getting together and watching it. Thanks again, Liz, for everything!
